FAQs

It can track all your moments with your horse. Just tap the start button and Ride Tracker Pro will record your route, distance, speed, time, and more. You can also view a map of your ride and see detailed statistics.

No cellular connection? icon

On the iPhone, you can download maps for offline use through the Apple Maps app. This allows you to access maps even when you don't have a cellular connection. To download maps, open the Apple Maps app, search for the area you want to download, and then tap the "Download" button.

If WIFI is available, try to connect to it and see if that helps. If not, you may need to rely on GPS alone, which can be less accurate indoors. Consider using an external GPS device that can connect to your phone for better accuracy.

All data is privately stored on your device. We do not collect or store any of your ride data on our servers. If you have a subscription, you can back up your data to our servers where it is not used to ensure you don't lose any information.

If your subscription is not showing up, try these steps: 1. Ensure you're logged into the correct Apple ID that was used to purchase the subscription. 2. Go to the Subscription screen and look for a "Restore Purchases" option. Tap it to restore your subscription. 3. If the above steps don't work, contact Apple Support for assistance with subscription issues. On Android devices: 1. Make sure you're logged into the correct Google account that was used to purchase the subscription. 2. Open the Google Play Store app, go to the menu, and select "Subscriptions" to check if your subscription is active. 3. If you still can't find your subscription, contact Google Play Support for help.

Visit the Subscription screen on your device for step-by-step instructions on how to cancel your subscription on both iOS and Android devices. It is usually found under your account settings in the respective app stores.
